The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Newfield is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of the municipality's interest in one tax-acquired property.
The parcel is approximately .74 acres with a cottage a 113 EH Davis Drive (Map 62 Lot 139) with a minimum bid of $30,000.
Complete bid instructions can be found on the town's website, www.newfieldme.org, or by calling the town office at (207) 793-4348. Bid instructions must be followed or your bid could potentially not be accepted.
All bids must be received in the municipal clerk's office no later than 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2020.
Late bids will not be opened or considered. Bids will be opened and reviewed by the Selectmen at the Town Hall on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at 6:00 p.m.
The Board of Selectmen reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
