The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Newfield is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of the municipality's interest in 1 tax-acquired property: Map 15, Lot 10 (approximately 2 acres on Seadale Lane) with a minimum bid of $5,000.
Bid Instructions MUST be followed or your bid could potentially not be accepted. All bids must be received in the municipal clerk's office no later than 3:00 p.m. on July 2, 2019. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE OPENED OR CONSIDERED. Bids will be opened and reviewed by the Selectmen at the Town Hall on July 2, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. The Board of Selectmen reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
