The Town of Brownfield is accepting bids for the Cleaning of the Town Office (2,400 sq ft) and the Community Center (8,000 sq ft).
The Town office contract will begin November 1, 2020, with an every two week schedule and the Community Center contract will begin when it is re-opened (it is currently closed due to COVID). It will also be on an every two week schedule or on an as-needed basis until it is re-opened.
Please return your sealed bid labeled “Cleaning Bid” to Attn: Megan Witt, Brownfield Town Office 82 Main Street, Brownfield, ME 04010 or by dropping it off at the office by Tuesday, October 13 at 4:30pm.
Bids will be opened at the Selectmen’s meeting at 5:30pm. The Selectmen reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
