2:00 p.m. BBQ Competitors arrive and setup
5:00-7:00 p.m. Registration, merchandise sales, “Shriners Social dinner” (donation only) – all are welcome
7:00-10:00 p.m. BARN DANCE with DJ Ron Parker B.Y.O.B, 50/50 – Open to the public
SATURDAY
7:00-10:00 a.m. Breakfast prepared by Square and Compass Club ($5.00 egg sandwiches)
8:00 a.m. Registration
9:00 a.m. Opening Ceremonies and announcements. Former Shriners Hospital Patient and America’s Got Talent Finalist, Kechi Okwuchi, sings the National Anthem
9:15 a.m. Shriners Hospital Patient Testimonials. Hospital update by SHC Administrators and Directors
9:45 a.m. Blessing of the riders
10:00 a.m. Motorcycle and ATV rides depart (approximate 3-hour ride)
12:00-3:00 p.m. Kechi Okwuchi meet and greet
12:00-3:00 p.m. Classic Car Show - People’s Choice Best in Class. Award presentation at 4:00 p.m.
12:30-3:30 p.m. Corn hole tournament organized by the Kora Hillbillies.
1:00 p.m. BBQ Demo: Grilled Pizza by Mic and Kim Stanfield of Boo Boo Qued BBQ
1:00-4:00 p.m. People’s Choice BBQ judging (Samples - $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. One vote per person)
1:30 p.m. Kids Q Competition cook’s meeting (Pre-Register $20.00)
2:00 p.m. BBQ Demo: Snake River Farms Waygu Brisket by Bill Gillespie, World Champion - Jack Daniels Invitational and the American Royal
2:30 p.m. Hot Wing eating contest (pre-register on-site $20.00)
3:00 - 5:00 p.m. SCA Steak Competition Certified Judges class (the fee is $60.00, must be an SCA member, can join on-site)
