On Tuesday, July 28, 2020, the Porter Town Hall Appeals Board Meeting & Workshop will be held at 4:30 p.m. at the Porter Town Hall, 71 Main Street. General administrative tasks to be conducted, followed by a workshop to review policies & procedures.
A Public Hearing will follow the meeting at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing is being held to review an application for a variance request submitted by Day’s Firewood, LLC. The location for the variance request is 995 Brownfield Road (R12-036). The applicant is requesting a variance of the setback requirements for the placement of a liquid propane tank.
All are welcome to attend the meeting & workshop, however, the Board will not be discussing the application at this time. The application will be discussed and public comments will be taken at 6:00 p.m. when the public hearing opens.
