The Saco River Corridor Commission, under the authority of 38 M.R.S.A. 8951 et. seq., will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at the Porter Town Hall, 71 Main Street, Porter, Maine.
The subject of the hearing is a petition from New England Karting Challenge, LLC to redistrict part of parcel 3-A (Tax Map R-2) on Sokokis Road in Parsonsfield, Maine. Under the Saco River Corridor Act, the northerly part of this parcel is in the Limited Residential District, and the petitioner requests a change to the General Development District (as described in §957-B, §957-C, and §962-B of the above title).
