The Town of Parsonsfield will hold a special town meeting on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Parsonsfield Town Hall, 634 North Road, Parsonsfield.

Greetings: In the name of the State of Maine, you are hereby required to warn and notify the inhabitants of the Town of Parsonsfield in said County and State, qualified to vote by law in Town affairs, to meet at the Town Office at 634 North Road in Parsonsfield on Thursday the 3rd of October, AD 2024 at 6:00 PM to act on Articles 1 - 3 set out as follows:
Article 1: To choose a moderator to preside at said meeting.
Article 2: Shall Ordinances entitled "2024 Amendments to the Town of Parsonsfield Land Use and Development Ordinance Regarding Cannabis Facilities" and "Town of Parsonsfield Cannabis Facility Licensing Ordinance" be enacted?
Article 3: Motion to Adjourn
The proposed ordinances are available for review and inspection at the Town Clerk's Office and on the Town Website and will be available at Town Meeting. www.parsonsfield.org
