The Town of Hiram Planning Board will be conducting a public hearing at the Hiram Town Office on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the following:
West Baldwin Solar Station LLC/PY Estes & Son are requesting a conditional use permit in order to install a solar farm on tax map R10 Lot 24. This lot abuts a much larger lot in Baldwin where the majority of the solar farm will be located if approved by the Baldwin Planning Board.
All property owners within 500 feet of the applicants/property owners property lines have been notified by certified mail of the hearing.
